The following are the bingo dates for the 2017-2018 year, so far. The rest of the bingo schedule will be added when we receive it from the bingo hall.
There is a limit of three bingos/member. All bingos worked from September 1, 2017 to May 31, 2018 (including moved up from waitlist) count towards the total of three/member. You will be removed from bingo signups if you have signed up for too many. You may sign up for waitlists after you have used your three allocations. People will be moved up from the waitlist with first priority given to families who have not completed their three bingos and then according to the number of bingos worked. Bingos received on short notice of 48 hours or less DO NOT count towards your 3 bingos/member.
Once a volunteer has signed up for a Bingo on the Royals website, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the volunteer. It is IMPERATIVE that each volunteer confirms their attendance via the firstname.lastname@example.org email. The volunteer will receive two (2) emails prior to the bingo they have volunteered for. Minimum one email MUST be replied to with a confirmation as to the volunteers attendance. If the bingo co-ordinator does not receive a confirmation email, the volunteer will be removed from the Sign-up or Wait list. Volunteers are moved up from the waitlist according to number of bingos worked and who has confirmed their attendance. This applies to both the Sign-up and Wait list.
