The Fundraising Committee is working hard to organize a number of fundraising initiatives for the 2016-2017 season.

Current Fundraising Initiatives

50/50 Raffles Sales at the

Cam Clark Ford Drive 4UR Community

  • On May 27, 2017 will will be hosting a Drive 4UR Community Event in conjunction with Cam Clark Ford.
  • We have opportunities for members to sell raffle tickets at the event and split the raffle sales proceeds.
  • We are looking for two MEMBERS per shift, please use the sign up sheet below to volunteer for this.
  • Please wear your travel jacket for your shift.

Cam Clark Ford Drive 4UR Community

  • On May 27, 2017 will will be hosting a Drive 4UR Community Event in conjunction with Cam Clark Ford.

 

  • Each correctly completed test drive form will earn a $5 credit for the family who collects it.

 

Cam Clark Waiver

 

  • We will need 8 adult volunteers to process the forms and assist with set up and take down of the event. The volunteers will be required to attend a 1/2 hour training session at Cam Clark Ford (date to be announced) and will earn a $30 credit for their shift at the event.
Please use the form below to sign up for this event. You will need a travel jacket for your shift, if you need to borrow one, please indicate your size on the form.

March-a-Thon

 

 

Thank you to all who donated to this initiative. Tax receipts will be produced and sent with the members and/or mailed to donors when all the sheets have been recorded.

50/50 Raffle

 

Tickets are available at rehearsals and marching camps. To pick up books you need to provide a $100 bond cheque. The member credit is $25. For more information, contact Rob or Brenda Fischer raffles@reddeerroyals.com

Aug 16 – If there is enough interest in ordering in the summer I will put in a order.  Please email me before June 14 if you are doing an Aug order and approximate amount so I can determine if we can make the minimum order amount for August.  Orders in August are credited for the new season.

Oilers 50/50

 

A huge Royal shout out to all of our volunteers who worked the Oilers 50/50 last night. We received the following information from the coordinator of the event last night:
